Suppliers that use the company’s Supplier Portal may now use Nipendo’s Invoice All module, according to the provider of payment automation solutions.
Invoice All is a component of Nipendo’s cloud-based technology for automating source-to-pay procedures, according to a news release. Additionally, the module gives suppliers access to information about the processes used for managing invoices, and users receive a digital proof of receipt to ensure they have a record of whether an invoice was actually received and reviewed.
According to Nipendo, this avoids “the need for repetitive follow-up” and, in the event of a problem, “the system handles it autonomously and offers status updates.”
Alon Rosenberg, co-founder, and CTO of Nipendo, asserts that the company’s solution may reduce the number of time businesses spend processing invoices by more than 80%.
The platform offers automated process governance, compliance management, mistake detection, discrepancy resolving, and much more, according to Rosenberg.
According to Boston, Massachusetts-based Nipendo, companies may achieve “complete source-to-pay automation” in around three months without having to change their current enterprise resource planning (ERP) or accounting systems.
Invoicing and accounting procedures are becoming more and more automated, according to “ERP Solutions in B2B Payments,” with two-thirds of businesses either using new technology or planning to do so in the upcoming year.
31% of businesses indicated they will start developing their AP systems over the next six months, while 11% said they are currently doing so. Furthermore, 27% of respondents said they planned to do so in the upcoming year, with many noting the advantages.
