He claims that “Embedding finance and payments is a crucial component here” and that this affects every aspect of how the company operates, including how to use the cloud, digital technology, and data science to improve its infrastructure and help partners do the same.

He said that the introduction of cutting-edge technology, like blockchain, enables companies to stick to their long-term objectives while also being adaptable and quick to deal with sudden and unexpected challenges and changes.
